Use of the registry

The registry is only used to process and archive orders. In addition, to the extent permitted by law, the data may be used for the development of the company’s internal operations or for other statistics. However, the information collected in the register will never be sold, exchanged or disclosed to third parties. In accordance with the Personal Data Act, Tuoremyynti Pitkänen also does not collect the customer’s bank or credit card information.

Data preservation

We will preserve your personal information for maximum of 6 months after your last purchase if you pay at checkout without logging in. Your data will then be deleted from the system.

Supervision of the registry

Tuoremyynti Pitkänen acts as the controller of the personal data you provide to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection law.

Registry protection

Tuoremyynti Pitkänen is committed to protecting the customer’s personal information. The customer always has the right to request the destruction, rectification or restriction of his or her personal data from the registry. In addition, the customer has the right to see the personal information we hold. The customer registry is protected with secure login details to which only selected employees and the web service provider have access to. The e-commerce customer registry is not used for direct marketing. The customer has the right to make a complaint to the authorities if the customer feels that his or her data has been misused.
